The V2 General Documentation acts as a tutorial in helping the user familiarize them self with the application system. Since "Help" is always available in field, program, and selector levels, General Documentation provides necessary introduction to take advantage of "On-line Interaction". In addition to this introduction, V2 is completely user friendly. General Documentation teaches the user how to get help in understanding an individual field or a program, how to move forward or backward within a subsystem or in a program, and always available on-line or in printed form.

V2 has simplified "Help" using the Function Key "F1". Pressing F1 on a field level brings a description of what the field is used for. On a file level, you can see the contents of the file and can choose any item from the file when applicable. On a program level, a description of the program and each of the options is available.
