Burlington, NJ – August 2010 - Distribution One’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Module

CRM will allow Distributors to instantly access key customer and contact information as well as manage and prioritize activities. CRM is a tremendous tool used to win and retain customer business and grow more productive business relationships.

“The new CRM package will be included with our V2 Enterprise System,” said Larry Ward, President of Distribution One. Larry went on to state, “CRM is fully integrated with V2. For example, salespeople can enter prospects and quotes in CRM and when the quote becomes an order the prospect will automatically become an active customer in V2.”

A multi-function calendar allows management to track salespeople’s activities and appointments as well as global views to see things like employee vacation schedules or meetings.

Other exciting features of V2’s CRM include: Lead tracking, call back dates, activity planning, prospect/customer and salesperson activity history, sales opportunity reporting and full integration with quotes, orders, back orders, purchasing, A/R, sales analysis history and reporting. Working with Microsoft Word Mail Merge, form letters such as thank you notes and follow-up letters can be created with a single click of the mouse.
